∎ Masters in any discipline / MBA from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities (Not limited to) / ICD, (Kamalapur, Dhaka) Operations:
∎ Maintaining overall equipment inventories on daily basis
∎ Inbound Equipment inventories & follow up
∎ Coordinating day to day operation follow up w/ D/O desk
∎ Cargo delivery monitoring & follow up closely with D/O desk & surveyor team
∎ Liaison daily basis with surveyor team/office
∎ Regular export bookings follow up & updates
∎ Strong follow up with export cargo booking agents/customers on daily basis
∎ Empty equipment repositioning plan and liaison with CGP LOG team & reporting
∎ Maintaining railway receipts/port bills and reporting etc
∎ Daily system updates onto carrier own system platform
∎ Routine (Daily Basis) follow up with EQC/Logistics team
∎ ICT, Pangaon inbound inventories, movement plan & follow up on daily basis
∎ Liaison / coordinate with finance team daily basis
∎ Ensuring utmost service to all concern parties regularly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Priority requirement: Certification of Shipping Management/ Shipping related courses/certificates will be added an advantage. with Computer Systems Technology Certification.
∎ Minimum of 2 Years in reputed Shipping organization with experience of same field.
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge of Computer, Systems, Technology and must be an expertise in online based works. Task within time effort.
∎ Mandatory Knowledge in Microsoft Office I.e. Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Age limit should be 40 yrs maximum.
∎ Only Males are encouraged to apply.
∎ Fluency in English speaking and writing
