Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Delivery Management, eCommerce Operation, Logistic Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as primary contact and relationship POC with the internal and logistics management team.
∎ Meet return ratio percentage as per target.
∎ Provide strategic direction to lead delivery teams.
∎ Ensure proper delivery controls.
∎ Oversee day-to-day delivery of the services.
∎ Provide escalation points for the customer and work with Managers from other service lines to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations.
∎ Correctly estimating overall time-offs between transit. This is to ensure that the delivery schedule is on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
