Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Good command of both verbal and written English, MS Office skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange and collect necessary import and export relevant documents from concerned departments to prepare UD & statement for export and import for audit purposes.
∎ Ensuring accuracy in Import & Export documents while collecting data for preparation of UD & Statements for Customs Audit purposes.
∎ Coordinating with Bank, BGMEA, Custom Bond, CA Firm & other related offices.
∎ Collecting monthly PRC form Banks any other day to day issues as required.
∎ Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly files for managing periodical audits and other reviews.
∎ Custom audit and any other adhoc requirements as required by the company and its management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Adequate understanding and working experience about H.S code, PI, L/C clauses, customs and bonded warehouse regulations, Bill of Lading and related shipping documents, Certificates of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Commercial invoice, Packing List, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other regulations as issued by various authorities.
∎ Problem solving attitude to ensure accuracy and reconciliation of Import & Export documents for customs documentation purposes.
∎ Practical understanding over renewal of all kinds of Trade Licenses, IRC, ERC, EPB, Bond, Chamber, BGMEA, Fire Licenses, etc.
∎ Conversant practical knowledge and skill over preparation of customs documents to comply with annual Customs Audit.
∎ General Understanding over regulator circulars on policies relating to Bond, UD, Cash incentive and others as time to time issued by Customs, NBR, Bangladesh Bank and BGMEA, etc
