Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily beauty parlour's customer activities;
∎ Receive customer's phone calls and answer queries;
∎ Customers schedule according to the day and time;
∎ Regularly maintain and update customer's database based on information;
∎ Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;
∎ Direct the development of the overall customers' relationship strategy for lead generation and loyalty activities;
∎ Manage customers complains accordingly;
∎ Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;
∎ Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study;
∎ Others activities as advised by supervisor and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good in verbal communication;
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills;
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction;
∎ Both Shifting Job Mentality from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Maximum BDT 3,000 (complimentary services);
∎ Maximum BDT 2,000 (target achievement bonus);
∎ Evening Snacks as per company policy;
