∎ Bachelors of Business Administration from any reputed public/private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection planning, execution, monitoring and realization.
∎ Keeping regular contact with the customer and remind them before every installment payment date.
∎ Collecting every installment payment in due time and provide money receipt against every payment.
∎ Proper record keeping, preparing different customers' payment status.
∎ Preparation of collection sheet on daily basis.
∎ Preparation of probable collection sheet on monthly basis.
∎ Sending letters to the customers reminding them about their payment status & installment schedule, as well as delay charge status.
∎ Preparation of monthly collection summery sheet and submitting it to management.
∎ Preparing project wise clients payment status and Accounts clearance when required.
∎ Attain customer/customers' call regarding payment related queries & others.
∎ Sending letter of reminder & notice for cancellation to the payment defaulter client/s.
∎ Regular follow-up with the customers regarding timely payment of scheduled installment.
∎ Update customer database.
∎ Keeping record of customer correspondence.
∎ Prepare collection forecasting as per sales agreement.
∎ Prepare departmental data for CEO's report.
∎ Prepare final clearance of every individual file for handover.
∎ Receive and acknowledgement of complete sales file.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0-2 Years (Experience in Credit Realization will be given preference)
∎ Required Skills:
∎ The ability to work in a team as well as individually
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Good attention to detail
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
∎ Good IT skills
