Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using the phone, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger to contact customers
∎ Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
∎ Speaking with the customer to confirm the order of the customer
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted time, and following up to ensure resolution
∎ Recognizing customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every problem, and providing solutions
∎ Reporting back data of the entire day's work to supervisor on various platforms
∎ The capacity to handle stress, self-discipline, a desire to work hard and learn new things, manners, the ability to handle vast amounts of information, and multitasking
