∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Customer Care, Store Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation.
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit; and deal with the customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-5 years direct Customer Care Experience.
∎ Customer service or Beauty Industry
∎ Should be presentable, elegant, lively and self-starter in implementing policies based on organization's objectives,
∎ Candidates having beauty salon management experience will be given preference.
∎ Candidate who have an experience on house keeping also encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Must to be Smart and Good Looking.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
