Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order acknowledge through ERP;
∎ Ensure plan based on delivery date to Planning Team & follow-up production;
∎ Ensure PI generation & send it to sales & marketing team or customer;
∎ Ensure confirmation of customer with delivery date through data by mail after production;
∎ Ensure quality and customer complain;
∎ Follow-up customer claim.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 28 years
∎ Must have working experience in customer service with large reputed Garments Accessories or manufacturing industry
∎ Must have good English communication skill both in written & oral and presentation skill;
∎ Good looking & pleasant personality;
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.;
∎ Must have computer skills.
