∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Applications from Civil Engineers are invited for the post of Customer Service having experience in Real Estate only.
∎ Motor Bike riding experience is needed for the Dhaka city.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain communication schedule over the phone and email, prioritize tasks, attend meetings, prepare action plans, and review progress.
∎ Good understanding of drawings.
∎ Demonstrate professionalism, manners, and excellent customer service skills.
∎ Creating a strong client base relationship for potential business opportunities.
∎ Capable of independently handling critical issues while effectively convincing clients and landowners.
∎ Coordinate internal modification work and handle related settlements.
∎ Manage materials selection and prepare demands/refunds costing for clients and landowners.
∎ Project visits with customer and landowners as and when required.
∎ Stay updated on market trends and resolve customer issues promptly.
∎ Coordinate with other departments related to customers’ issues.
