Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and working to expand the organization's client base.
∎ Conducting regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide assistance as needed.
∎ Handling client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
∎ Collaborating with other teams within the organization to provide seamless service to clients.
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients.

∎ Age 25 to 28 years
