∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective pertaining to the client's business customers
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Explain the products and services to the customers.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook, Social media, email &live web chat.
∎ Refer under solve customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis
∎ Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads
∎ Handle customers in a good manner.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
∎ Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
∎ Ability to operate CRM software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office program
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) :
∎ Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone.
∎ Should have communication skills
∎ Area of experience: Any Ecommerce market place or Company
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
