Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Executive Assistant, Marketing, Sales Marketing, Sales Representative
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Grocery shop, Super store, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with customers.
∎ Working as key account associates to our customers.
∎ Needs to have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively.
∎ Has to be self motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Has to be fluent in English, both oral and written.
∎ Willing to work in team environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound efficiency in computer literacy. (MS. Word, Excel, internet browsing-mail)
∎ Candidate must have fluency in English & Bengali (both spoken & written communication)
∎ Ability to work independently and accepting extra hour works.
