Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support through Phone, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Microsoft word and excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Call Center, Garments, Boutique/ Fashion
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
∎ Enter new customer's information into the system.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
∎ Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
∎ Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
∎ Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues
∎ Monthly/weekly analytical report to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
