Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The company is looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic & morally strong sales personnel for its Customer Relationship operations. The appropriate candidate should have the ability of building a strong relationship with the prospective clients via telephone, email and other social media platforms to increase sales potentials and increase brand awareness.
∎ Random phone calling & answering frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the project or ready flats Resolve client's complaints quickly and efficiently discussing with the concern department Keep customers updated on the latest offers in order to increase sales and customer awareness through telephone call, SMS, e-mail and other communication tools Understand key customers individual needs and addressing those efficiently Coordinate with the team leaders to plan strategically to increase sales & marketing initiatives Working under pressure and meet the deadline set by the team leaders Provide weekly & monthly report to his/her superior regarding ongoing marketing activities
