∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably with science background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attends customers by answering required service questions; suggesting information about other services in assigned area.
∎ Opens customer accounts by recording account information, maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information & contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Updates himself/herself with full awareness of all services provided on all changes and amendments on service features, procedures and processes.
∎ Demonstrates vigilance and visible promptness on service delivery with politeness and helping attitude.

∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
∎ Willing to work after office hours/weekends/public holidays if necessary.
∎ Fluency and comprehension in written and spoken English
