∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline / B.COM or M.COM is also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call existing and potential customers from the hotline number to promote existing and new products and receive product requirements and complaints.
∎ Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
∎ Maintain a database of complaints and Service completion.
∎ Coordinate with Sales, Service, Admin
∎ Maintain Email communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Coordinate SMS marketing.
∎ Manage the Facebook page and YouTube channel of CAS, develop and communicate different posts
∎ Monitor activities of Competitors on Facebook and YouTube regularly and update management.
∎ Any other task as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
∎ Fresher are also encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
