∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Escalator/Elevator/Lift

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call existing and potential customers from the hotline number to promote existing and new products and receive product requirements and service requirement/complaints.
∎ Maintain and update a database of existing and potential customers regularly.
∎ Maintain a database of complaints and Service completion routinely.
∎ Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Admin.
∎ Maintain Email correspondence with existing and potential customers.
∎ Coordinate SMS marketing.
∎ Manage the Face book page and YouTube channel of CAS, develop and communicate different posts
∎ Monitor activities of Competitors on Face book and YouTube regularly and update management.
∎ Drive the Digital Marketing- digital media partner management, coordination.
∎ Digital media management- Website, Face book, YouTube and other social media.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
