∎ Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
∎ Directs call to higher officials, staff or departments through the switchboard or PABX system.
∎ Receives customer messages and deliver the same to the departments.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Update directory information on the front office software.
∎ Provide relay service for hearing-impaired customers.
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Meet personal/customer service and call handling quotas.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office applications.
