∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
∎ • Directs call to higher officials, staff or departments through the switchboard or PABX system.
∎ • Receives customer messages and deliver the same to the departments.
∎ • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ • Update directory information on the front office software.
∎ • Provide relay service for hearing-impaired customers.
∎ • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
∎ • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ • Meet personal/customer service and call handling quotas.
∎ • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
∎ • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be good looking, smart, well spoken both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office applications.

Salary: Tk. 12040 - 15040 (Monthly)
