Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting patients and customers in a courteous manner
∎ Coordinating with various departments for patients and their families queries and handling
∎ Supporting Patients to complete the admission procedures and provide any necessary instructions/directions
∎ Informing nursing staff of patient arrivals
∎ Informing patients and their families following opening and closing procedures according to hospital guidelines
∎ Managing all front office operations
∎ Management of Courier incoming and outgoing
∎ Payment Handling Cash / Cheque / Online Payment, if required
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years.
∎ Ideal candidate must have good communicate skill.
∎ Having training course in Customer Care Services.
