∎ Presently, we are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, energetic candidates for the position of "Executive-Customer Care Service" to fill the vacant position immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customers inquiries in a positive & professional manner.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for call history and maintain complete and accurate records.
∎ Contact the client to resolve routine matters related to treatment.
∎ Keep up-to-date knowledge on product & services and share the same to the clients on query.
∎ Provide concise information on Product & Services, Treatment & Clinical testing portfolios etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with laboratory personnel, quality control, clinical specialists and operations.
∎ Maintain good liaison with all of our external stakeholders like; patients, suppliers & customers.
∎ Maintain client service records and take steps to resolve problems.
∎ Perform other duties as required to meet the customer's requirements.
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart & well-groomed & beautiful appearance.
∎ Should have highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
∎ Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
∎ Must be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
∎ Should have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
