Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
∎ Processing customer order requirements accurately and in a timely manner
∎ Liaising with internal customers and ensuring commercial objectives are met
∎ Promoting the Company products and added values
∎ Provide product information, pricing, lead-time, and availability information for all kinds of products
∎ We are setting high standards in servicing customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skills in both Bengali & English
∎ Must have good knowledge of the internet & Microsoft Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel).
∎ Must know English and Bengal (Bijoy) typing.
∎ Should be talkative, energetic, sincere & have a good sense of humor
∎ Be professional, and courteous, and know proper phone etiquette
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people & can handle customer queries
