Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering (Textiles / mechanical / Electrical)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate through email, phone and letter with the customers and marketing garment related machineries, accessories and raw materials
∎ To explore probable customers, expand range of customers/clients through motivational approaches
∎ To receive and provide technical information from and to the existing clients related to garment accessories, machineries, raw materials and product.
∎ To follow up of existing customers through regular phone call, email and address their needs and requirement sending company's engineering team.
∎ To prepare price quotations, document service statistic and prepare quarterly and annual progress /performance reports of the company.
∎ To facilitate and provide logistic support to other staff members of the company in performing their duties smoothly.
∎ To develop image and credibility of the company through skillful and effective communication with the customer, clients and beneficiaries.
∎ Liaison with the foreign delegates, facilitate them developing travel literary, invitation letter, hotel booking, transportation etc.
∎ Plan and organize visit of foreign delegates, meeting and other events.
∎ Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director
∎ Provide administrative support to office
∎ Any other job assigned by the Managing Director
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skill in written and verbal communication both in English and Bangla
∎ Computer skills in English and Bangla ( MS Word and Excel , Auto CAD & Others )
∎ Good communication and motivational skills
∎ Familiar with email, internet and browsing
∎ At least 2-3 years experience in related post
∎ Written commitment showing willing to work at least for 3 (three) years.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
