Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide 100% quality and professional services to all parties (Suppliers, buyer, buying office, overseas offices etc.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers & local buying offices to get the shipment status as well as get shipment approval from ultimate customer through our global counterparts by mail.
∎ Prepare draft HAWB, Original HAWB, Freight Invoice, do cost reserve in TMS
∎ Sea/Air shipments handle and follow-up.
∎ Communicate with overseas offices and response to customer's inquiries and issues through e-mail, phone etc.
∎ Maintenance and update of SOP's for assigned customers and handle shipment precisely as per customer's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
∎ Identify the major problem related to the shipment and solve independently.
∎ Follow Up with Warehouse colleagues for sending the goods to airport on time as per given plan & also follow up with Air-port office, C&F representative for on time examination of goods & take necessary action plan if any discrepancies.
∎ Use specialized technology to comply customer/management needs through the system, Prepare and follow-up daily shipment status report as per customer's requirement.
∎ Visit existing and new customer to maintain business relationship and to gain additional business.
