∎ Operation/Method Simplification in sample stage without visual change in customer design.
∎ Method/motion analysis to reduce SMV.
∎ Finalize bulk feasible method in sample stage.
∎ SMV database update according to bulk.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2.
∎ Full Time.
