∎ MBA/MBS/M.COM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with banks and insurance companies.
∎ To coordinate bank's lending service.
∎ Oversee companies' liability position with banks.
∎ To underscore the need of opening L/C for a particular product.
∎ L/C opening works with the bank.
∎ Checking and controlling H.S. Code, Pro forma Invoice, L/C draft, Final L/C Copy, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading.
∎ Ensuring payment against of L/C by bank.
∎ To maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders. Shipping Companies/ Shipping Agents, Air Cargo Agents, etc.
∎ Monitoring and Tracking Bill of Lading and Air Way Bill and checking the status of shipment.
∎ Ensure collecting all shipping documents from the bank and forwarding the same to C& F Agents from time to time.
∎ Managing customs clearance & documentation.
∎ Ensure transportation/ delivery of goods from ports.
∎ Ensure timely renewal and/ or approval of all kinds of company related certificates from related govt. regulatory authority.
∎ To maintain liaison with Port Customs , Commerce Ministry, CCI&E, BIDA, BSCIC, Chamber of Commerce & Industry etc.
∎ Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly preparation of L/C statements.
∎ Co-ordinate with related commercial issues.
∎ Liaison with concerned parties.
∎ Able to work independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in related field.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer application.
∎ Should have experience in import related banking works.
∎ Should be well conversant in email correspondences.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Bangla and in English
