Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Buyer-H&M, Zara, LPP, Piazza, Tally, Pep & Co, Brand BQ, Gas, etc.
∎ Follow up shipment schedule with merchandiser.
∎ Follow up the factories, Buying House ,Buyer, Bank, Shipping Line, Transport, C&F agent, Forwarder & others related organizations strongly for sea & air shipment for on time delivery.
∎ Ensure space booking through online or manually and h/o the consignment with accurate documents to forwarder.
∎ Supervise the overall activities of shipment store once goods are ready to dispatch from shipment store.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing list, BL draft, Beneficiary Certificate, Bill of Exchange etc. and issuing EXP from bank.
∎ Follow up concern persons for organizing export documents like UD, BL,GSP, CO, SAFTA, AFTA etc.
∎ Collect IC from Buying House, CNF certificate from bank on time.
∎ Date entry of shipment in portal and register, in hand on time.
∎ Provide Shipping documents to respective buyer on time as well as submission to bank on time for proceeds realization.
∎ Checking transport Bill, CNF Bill and h/o to related department on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills.
∎ Knowledge in LC Clause, Item codes etc.
∎ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
