Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Supply Chain Management form Reputed Institute/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with all Export and Import related Matters.
∎ To deal with all kinds of L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ To deal with Bill of lading, C&F issues, and to communicate with different buyer.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs related documents and procedure.
∎ To check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import/export activities and inform management as required.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Mail communication with buyer, supplier & others concern.
∎ Follow-up with suppliers for submission documents timely & forwarder if applicable.
∎ Will be responsible for all import and export related activities.
∎ Maintaining customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Banking & Customs Bond.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent command in MS Office applications.
