Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Management or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate and follow-up the overall process of commercial activity of import, Customs, Bank documents preparation submission & etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with all the concerns those that related to commercial issues & provide them proper feedback.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import L/C, FDD & T /T.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Trade Bodies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Import etc.
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking various stages of Import as well as follow-up payment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dynamic and self-motivated with high personal Integrity and Loyalty
∎ Hands-on experience in dealing with L/C, Import, Customs, C&F and transportation
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience
