Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all types of banking jobs regarding import/export and related commercial activities
∎ Import Logistics follow-up, Prepare monthly performance report
∎ Communicate with C&F agents & Shipping lines.
∎ Proper follow up to ensure the shipment in right time
∎ Handle all logistics activities related to import,
∎ Initiating the import process by LC & on time LC Opening in co-ordination with bank/insurance Company with regards to LC
∎ Coordinating with supplier/CNF Agent and under taking all the requirements activities for air/sea/road shipments for facilitating clearance for consignment from port
∎ Ensuring cost effective services and maintained a CNF database
∎ Preparation of Monthly and Yearly PI Statement, L/C statements, on time individually
∎ Keep update information on Import LC, fill-up Import LC Application Form (LCAF) and submit to bank accordingly
∎ Maintaining and review status of import order & provide weekly report to top manager
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in working with Bank, Custom, Shipping Line, Freight, Forward and C & F.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on HS code, Custom act, Import policy, Export policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export
∎ Must be computer literate with good verbal & written communication skills in English
∎ Good command over computer-mail, Internet, Report writing & MS Office
∎ Ability to correspondence with all local LC documents to require customer and Bank as well as maintain proper filing.
