Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Distribution, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains purchasing records and necessary entries, prepares weekly requirement planning of goods as per requisition.
∎ Contact with suppliers for price quotes & co-ordinates with suppliers for smooth delivery of goods and services.
∎ Follows up for import documents, shipments and ensure on time delivery form factories/supply units.
∎ Prepare and submit all routine and interim reports on commercial matters.
∎ To maintain liaison with various agent, C&F, checking Invoice and Bill payment & to provide shipping documents to respective custom stations on time.
∎ Assist to co-ordinate with banks, Govt. Officials, C&F Freight Forwarders, C&F agents and Transport for Import purpose.
∎ Candidates must have adequate knowledge about import operation by air, sea & land.
∎ Consult with the clients regarding insurance, duties & taxes.
∎ Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.
∎ Design and implement Import strategies and activities.
∎ Verify correctness of all collected documents and inform suppliers for any amendment required.
∎ Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 2 years practical knowledge regarding processing of all export & import documents at any recognized organization .
∎ Applicant who have done English Course like IELTS will get priority most.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
