Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Graduate Degree with excellent academic results from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to-day commercial operations and transactions
∎ Oversee divisional duty programs as assigned
∎ To understand L/C, amendments.
∎ To prepare Export / Import documents
∎ Checking LC terms and conditions and preparing documents
∎ Monitoring and Upgrading shipments status
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliver of raw materials and accessories(Import)
∎ Work with internal departments , customs, buyers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods (Export)
∎ Handle all imports & exports through C&F agent
∎ Liaison with BEPZA, Customs, RJSC, Banks, VAT Office and all other required offices.
∎ Handle Visa & Work permits for all foreign employees
∎ Person who has experience in H&M, Gap, Levis and any other renowned buyers booking, documentation will be given the preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher need not apply.
∎ Strong written and communication skills
∎ Good analytic skills
∎ Should be punctual
∎ Good in English language and computer literacy
