Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Executive - Civil Structure Design having experience in Real Estate / Architectural Firm.
∎ 05 - 07 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate / Architectural Firm.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for this position.
∎ Using CAD or REVIT software, Design drafting shop drawing, Shop drawing & estimate, 2D and 3D drawings of civil engineering structures based on the specifications.
∎ Review and interpret architectural drawings, survey data and engineering sketches to accurately represent the proposed civil structure in the technical drawings.
∎ Civil engineering structure drafting detailed plan, elevation, section and other drawings.
∎ To update the drawings to create as-built drawings, which document any changes made during construction and provide an accurate record of the final structure.
∎ To work efficiently and meet project deadlines to keep the overall engineering and construction process on track.
∎ Prepare estimate of all kinds of materials according to drawings.
∎ All kinds of finishing work supervision and control of wastage.
∎ Quality checking of construction works on both RCC and steel structure.
