∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge on latest versions of BNBC, ACI, AISC, NIRAPON & RSC Standards etc.
∎ Supervision of overall construction work.
∎ Supervision and checking all types of re-bar work and concreting work, Sanitary, Tiles/Mosaic, Grill, Aluminum, Wood, Paint work etc. as per Design/Specification.
∎ Prepare the cost estimate of assigned civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
∎ Check/Review contractors bill as per physical work quantity.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate & Quantities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Drawing Software Auto CAD
∎ Design Software Packages ETABS, SAP, SAFE, STAAD Pro etc.,
