∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
call centre executive
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information to the students about different hospitals (like doctors, treatment fees, etc.).
∎ Provide accurate counseling direct & over the phone.
∎ Check all necessary papers of the patients.
∎ Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Provide hospital admission information which can lead to Medical VISA or Visit Visa.
∎ Help to fill up hospital admission form and other related papers.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
∎ Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
∎ Converse fluently in English for welcoming, guiding and handling foreign representatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
