Job Responsibilities:
∎ To respond correctly to incoming calls in accordance with the speech quality standards determined in line with operational objectives,
∎ To ensure that overseas patients are informed about their treatment needs and services appropriate to their needs,
∎ To direct patients to the most appropriate treatment method to access treatment services and to inform patients about services such as transportation, accommodation, etc.,
∎ Managing the processes after treatment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sales Executive: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in any reputed medical company;
∎ Senior Sales Executive: 3- 4 years of relevant experience in any reputed medical company; Strong computer skills; time-management, organizational and planning skills;
∎ Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills
Salary: Negotiable
