Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Customer support.
∎ Easily manage, track and resolve issues.
∎ WEB and WAP based GUI (graphical user interface) from which he/she can activate and de-active service according to the customers need.
∎ Track the customer's activation-deactivation patterns.
∎ Time to time customer survey to get feedback about content quality and service standard.
∎ Provide customer support though SMS/email and over the phone.
∎ Able to communicate with each customer in a professional manner.
∎ Able to prepare daily, weekly and monthly CS report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience is preferable.
∎ Candidate having experience in relevant field & strong in english will get preference.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on in using MS office, email & internet.
∎ She should stay at the company at least for 1 year.

Salary: Negotiable
