Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Dealing with clients and collect customer information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information to provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone.
∎ Promptly responding to client's queries efficiently & effectively.
∎ Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
∎ Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have at least 5 years work experience in the related field.
∎ Knowledge of insurance will be preferable.
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed, soft-spoken & gentle.
∎ Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined.
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability.
∎ Keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications.
∎ Should have good analytical ability, good communication skills in English - both written & verbal.
