Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or above, running BA, BBS for call center executive
∎ HSC, Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSC) for computer operator

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities for Call Center
∎ Making inbound/ telemarketing and survey calls
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ Update customer information on database after every call
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Job Responsibilities for Computer Operator
∎ Type's good knowledge in both English and Bengali (Bijoy Bangla)
∎ Typing speed is minimum 25-40 words in Bengali and 30-50 words in English
∎ Working with data entry, data sheets, image to text conversion, Photoshop etc.
∎ Microsoft office (strong knowledge of programming; Ms Word, Ms Xcel, Ms Access)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
