Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior:
∎ Receive new store decoration from brand shop management or sales department, select agency, and make decoration quotations.
∎ Follow up on agency decoration materials; Confirm start and finish time; Confirm with the Agency that the design matches the shop; When every shop start, at least 3 times go this shop, Supervision according to regulations.
∎ Make decoration information confirmation list; Make decoration materials checklist; whether the decoration size match with design layout; Acceptance decoration details (ACP gap, floor sockets, image shop product shelf, and ceiling).
∎ When every shop start, at least 3 times go this shop, submit 0-40%-80% 3 times report; the acceptance report of the decoration of Brand shop and Image shop.
∎
∎ Market branding:
∎ Receive the branding design distributed by the design team, make agency selection and quotation.
∎ Connect with the design team to confirm the branding design and what kind of materials use; Agency selection, sample, quotation, and confirm materials and quality; Connect with the sales department to confirm the permission and construction period of the Market or Shop branding position; At least 2 times supervision before and during the installation of Big branding.
∎ Whether material match the design; whether branding size match the design; whether entire image match the design; Branding make on time or not.
∎ In market, big branding acceptance report when finish, small shop branding monthly report.
∎
∎ Repair:
∎ Every Saturday before 12:30 noon, summarize the repair application work for a week, make a list.
∎ Out of warranty material, follow up repair work with Material executive; in shop material repair follow-up the timeliness.
∎ Talk with sale executive, whether material repair is OK, no future troubles; Repair on time or not.
∎ Weekly collect repair application; Monthly reports analyze the high frequency damage points and causes of materials.
