∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check the physical measurement of construction work.
∎ To check the measurement book in respect of physical measurement of construction work
∎ To check the different kinds of Fund Requisition such as Daily Labour work, Rubbish cleaning work, etc
∎ To check the RMC casting as per physical measurement & drawing.
∎ To check the RCC casting as per drawing
∎ To check the quality of civil materials
∎ To check the physical MS Rod measurement & Slab checking before casting.
∎ To check the measurement book and bill sheet
∎ To check the materials consumption as per drawing.
∎ To check the wooden door frame, door shutter, all Amuminium work, Grill work as per work order
∎ To check the all interior bill and Market survey
∎ To check the Sanitary, Electrical, wood work and Optional work before project closing.
∎ Physical check all type of Market labour.
∎ To perform any other job as assigned by the Management as and when required.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Site Monitoring, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Candidate must have experience in Real estate/ Construction company.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
