Responsibilities & Context:
Rafi Texxmode Ltd is a reputed 100 % Export Oriented Readymade Garments Industry company, is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Executive - AutoCAD. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D/3D technical drawings, factory layout plans, sewing line layouts, electrical/mechanical schematic diagrams, and garment pattern digitizing. This position requires working closely with the CAD/Sampling department, Merchandising team, and Factory Operations to ensure precision in architectural, structural, and garment technical specifications.
Key Job Responsibilities
Factory & Line Layout Design: Develop, modify, and update 2D/3D architectural and engineering layouts for garments production units, sewing lines, cutting sections, and finishing floors to maximize operational efficiency.
·Garment Technical & Pattern CAD: Digitize, modify, and manage garment patterns, marker layouts, measurement specification sheets, and technical packs using 2D/3D AutoCAD and apparel CAD software.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Merchandising, Sampling, IE (Industrial Engineering), and Production teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into accurate CAD drawings.
Utility & Machinery Layouts: Prepare precise floor plans for machinery placement, electrical wiring diagrams, HVAC/ventilation systems, and safety evacuation routes as per buyer compliance guidelines.
Cost & Material Optimization: Assist the Industrial Engineering and Marker team in optimizing fabric consumption and minimizing raw material wastage through precise digitizing and layout planning.
Documentation & Revision Control: Maintain proper record-keeping, version control, and digital filing of all AutoCAD drawings, buyer approved tech packs, and factory modification plans.
Compliance & Safety Standards: Ensure all plant layouts and floor modifications adhere to national building codes, ACCORD/RSC safety guidelines, and international buyer compliance standards.
On-site Inspection & Verification: Conduct regular physical floor visits to measure site dimensions, verify drawing accuracy against real-time setups, and update drawings accordingly
