Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Audit Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for improvement in our organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Audits: Plan, execute, and manage internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
∎ Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate areas of potential risk within the organization's processes, systems, and operations. Develop audit plans and strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen internal controls.
∎ Audit Documentation: Prepare detailed audit programs, workpapers, and reports documenting audit procedures, findings, and recommendations. Ensure all documentation complies with audit standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, operational processes, and internal controls to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Use data analysis tools and techniques to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management and relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with department heads and process owners to address issues and implement solutions.
∎ Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards relevant to the organization and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk management practices.
