Auto CAD 2D 3D, building design, Interior Design, Revit Architecture, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Executive - Architectural Draftsman having experience in Real Estate / Architectural Firms.
∎ 05 - 07 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate / Architectural Firms.
∎ Good knowledge on local building codes, rules and regulations in particular RAJUK, DAP, BNBC etc.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist architects on developing concept design.
∎ Preparing area calculation (FAR) according to RAJUK at the beginning of a project.
∎ Preparing RAJUK submission drawings.
∎ Coordinate with consultants regarding RAJUK drawing submission.
∎ Review RAJUK drawings and make correction where necessary.
∎ Make coordination with concerned department for preparation and construction drawings.
∎ Preparation of architectural drawings along with detail drawings.
∎ Preparation of as built drawings.
∎ Storing and filing the project data and documents for future reference.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management or concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Revit proficiency would be highly appreciated.
∎ Good knowledge on local building codes, rules and regulations in particular RAJUK, DAP, BNBC etc.
∎ Knowledge of fair face shutter drawings and calculation.
