Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
∎ BBA from any reputed organization along with relevant work experience.
∎ Skills Required: Administration,Guest Relation,Supervision,Transport Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Legal, logistic management, Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HR Manager for preparing all Administrative function related policy & procedures.
∎ Provide necessary support services during interview session, meeting and any event.
∎ Ensure preliminary safety & security of factory premises which includes man, machine and equipment; freshness of the factory premises.
∎ Assist HR Manager for conducting and managing fixed asset inventory of factory.
∎ Maintain secondary liaison with industrial police, local police and local government authority for managing industrial relation.
∎ Check all factory operation related bills (travel, snacks, cleaning items) and process for approval and manage petty cash.
∎ To manage preliminary work before any administrative operation, purchase and event management.
∎ To monitor the operation of cleaning staff, supportive staff and security personals.
∎ To maintain all administrative record manually or digitally as and when required.
∎ To manage and follow up factory’s vehicles operation and movement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of computer composes both in Bengali & English is must.
∎ Negotiation skill (with workers is must)
∎ High tension situation management skill, should have can do attitude
∎ Preference will be given to those who are currently working in electronics assembling factory, accessories factory and small or medium garments factory.
∎ Willingness to accept Chinese working culture

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Preference will be given to those applicants who will expect salary realistically.
