Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mail Check and answer all the mail with requirements and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
∎ Prepare and maintain Administrative documents and reports.
∎ Provide operations support and documentation support for every single department.
∎ Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.
∎ Review and prepare the admin expense reports.
∎ Determine the administration issues and resolve them for smooth office operations.
∎ Ensure all maintenance work at respective offices.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
∎ Ensure the washroom, meeting room, floor, rooms, and other area is clean with standard.
∎ Instruct the cleaner for better cleaning support, single-point cleaning, and techniques.
∎ Keeping contract with Area Security Supervisor.
∎ Make requisition on any office requirements.
∎ Ensure all types of electrical service are available from different vendors of the office.
∎ Requisite stationery as and when required.
∎ Taking requisition from all available employees.
∎ Maintained requisition files and ensured the stock.
