Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Assist with Stationary Items & Common Housekeeping Items Purchase.
∎ Responsible for Courier Issues.
∎ Processing all types of bills with necessary approval & Keep record.
∎ Report making/updating Daily Expense MIS/ Housekeeping Reporting.
∎ Direct/ support coordination of Office Renovation for concerned office.
∎ Prepare report of Over Time/Attendance, allowances and compensation to all the employee within the stipulated time.
∎ Responsible for booking of showroom/ VC as per request & provide necessary support accordingly i.e. arrangement of lunch, refreshment, logistics.
∎ Follow up of proper functioning system of office equipment, Printing Items, electrical system, furniture & fixtures etc. and take necessary action accordingly against dysfunction.
∎ Visa and Ticketing related activities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
