Job Context:
∎ Work place at Gulshan- 2, Dhaka- 1212.
∎ Every week 1 day off (Sunday).
∎ Time: 10:30am to 8:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all administrative function and support operation and sales procedure of the company.
∎ Maintain and update personal files of all employees with Confidentiality.
∎ Collect and record all payroll data for absences; leaves; bonus; increment.
∎ Prepare requisition to purchase stationeries and all other Administrative items and maintain a register for the store.
∎ Collect monthly Attendance report and maintain fingerprint machine.
∎ Issuing and circulating official letters/Notice.
∎ Take cost control measures in all HR and administrative functions.
∎ Updating and creating new office SOPs for improvements.
∎ Contacting client directly to arrange delivery product as per agreed schedule date and time slot.
∎ Client call after delivery to take feedback for product and services.
∎ Manage customer privilege cards data base.
∎ Keep customer profiles updated in the ERP.
∎ Added customer to social media platform.
∎ Consolidate report of customer feedback and "walk in report" and email the summary report to all every Monday of the week.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Manage customer queries and reply, communicate by social media or related app.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18,000/- to 20,000/- per month.
