Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Person with O Level, A Level background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, presentations and briefs
∎ Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
∎ Handle requests and queries appropriately
∎ Proficiency in visa related works
∎ Communicate with International clients
∎ Prepare meeting minutes
∎ Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
∎ Complete additional related task as per Management requirement.
∎ Compose and prepare various types of information, maintain all documents /correspondences for Chairman in a systematic manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have excellent knowledge of computer operating
∎ Person with skilled Computer graphics will be given preference.
∎ Strong communication skills both in English and Bangla (via phone, email and in-person)
∎ Candidate should be smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
