Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Executive - Admin (JD)
∎ To plan, organize and manage the Functions of Hon'ble Chairman's Secretariat.
∎ To receive all orders, advice & guidance of the Hon'ble Chairman and carry out the same as per his desires.
∎ To attend mails, memos etc. and reply against the same as per advice & guidance of the Hon'ble Chairman.
∎ To organize receptions, appointments, meetings, seminars, symposiums, interviews, get-together etc. of the Hon'ble Chairman by maintaining a Calendar of Events & Activities.
∎ To ensure proper safety, security and other pertinent management of the Hon'ble Chairman's Secretariat.
∎ To collect Business Intelligence Report from various sources and provide the same to the Hon'ble Chairman for his perusal, observation, advice & guidance.
∎ To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business Concerns of Labib Group as well as other relevant Govt., Non-Govt. & International Agencies.
∎ Able to execute overall Admin/HR/ activities.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administration functions.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Hon'ble Chairman sir & Management from time to time.
∎ 2. Front Desk cum Receptionist (JD)
∎ Able to operate PABX machine thoroughly.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way.
∎ Able to provide information, forward calls, couriers, take messages and transfer information to appropriate person.
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors or guests and maintain the front area.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills with excellent command in English.
∎ Able to communicate in English with Foreigners visiting the office, or speaking over telephone.
∎ Must be well conversant in phone calls.
∎ Assist Supervisor for related works. Handle incoming mail and packages.
∎ Able to gently entertain the guests at office premise.
∎ Able to assist in admin requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years

∎ Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy
